CEMETERY ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

 Location:  Greenfield Cemetery District in Greenfield, CA

The position requires:

Working under supervision of the Board Chair and the Cemetery Manager, in this position you will be given detailed instruction on how to perform routine duties related the Administrative Assistant position.  Persons applying for this position must be able to demonstrate their abilities at multi-tasking, using cemetery software, create agendas and minutes, make sales of cemetery plots, help with grant paperwork, understand and study maps of the cemetery, be familiar with business office skills, experience in customer service and working with community workers. Having translation skills is desirable, because position requires the ability to speak, read and write Spanish in addition to English.  Persons in this position must be able to interpret written, numerical, and verbal data from various sources, and perform a broad range of paperwork and entering information into a computer-based system with very time sensitive deadlines and other work-related duties as required. 

Hours:  10-20 Hours/week
